HDK1000S special grease is specially designed for heavy load working conditions. It is made of high viscosity mineral oil as base oil, compound soap as thickener, and add additives such as extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent, anti-oxidant and anti-rust agent.

■ Application

It is suitable for the lubrication of bearings under low-speed, heavy load and vibration conditions, such as width-setting machines, ladle trunnions, refining turn tables in the iron and steel industry, etc. It is also suitable for the lubrication of bearings under low-speed and heavy load in the mining industry, logging industry, chemical industry, and construction industry. It is also suitable for lubrication of low speed and heavy load bearings in mining, logging, chemical and construction industries.

Operating temperature range -20～150℃ / short-term 200℃
